BIRTH OF A MOVING IMAGE (excerpt)
Short version of a 15-minute film commissioned by Falun concert hall. The film is a visual re-mix of the 1-minute film “Danse Serpentine” from 1900, using only material from the original 35mm reel. “Birth of a moving Image” was shown alongside a live orchestra performance of specially written music by Matti Bye.
